The Foundation awarded five scholarships to students in 2009 and one scholarship in 2008. Scholarship money is sent directly to the student’s school account each semester once all requirements are verified. In order to continue receiving scholarship money each semester, students must meet the criterion that is provided to them at the beginning of program.

• Cody Schmaltz, is the top recipient of the EBS Pearl River Study Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Jessica Meyer, is a recipient of the EBS Pearl River Study Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Cole Bass, is a recipient of the EBS Pearl River Study Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Nick Croy, is the top recipient of The Harvey L. Foster Foundation (HLFF) Scholarship.
• Scarlett Splane, is a recipient of The Harvey L. Foster Foundation (HLFF) Scholarship.

2009 Scholarship Winners

• Claire Triay, Hammond High School, is the top recipient of the EBS Pearl River Study Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Nick Stevens, Hammond High School, is a recipient of the EBS Pearl River Study Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Jerrod Brown, Hammond High School, is a recipient of The Harvey L. Foster Foundation (HLFF) Scholarship. Jerrod is attending The University of Louisiana at Monroe.
• Megan Wiggins, Ponchatoula High School, is a recipient of The Harvey L. Foster Foundation (HLFF) Scholarship. Megan is attending Southeastern Louisiana University.
• Laurie Guidroz, Hammond High School, is a recipient of The Harvey L. Foster Foundation (HLFF) Scholarship. Laurie is attending Louisiana Tech University.
